DSAR 3.0 is now live. You can now build fully configurable data request forms, and your team gets a dedicated workspace to review, track and export incoming privacy requests.

Form Builder

• Edit visually, in every language - Click any label, heading or option to edit it directly for each configured language. You can also add your logo and preview the form before it goes live.
• Request types built around your operations - Request types are no longer a fixed list. You can add your own alongside Access, Deletion and Export, remove the ones you don't need, and set the label, icon, colour and order of each.
• Optional identity step - Visitors can state who is submitting, such as the data subject or someone acting on their behalf. Each request then arrives with the context your team needs.
• Custom fields with conditional logic - Choose from text, email, dropdown, radio, checkbox, date, country, phone and file upload fields. Each field can be shown to everyone or only for specific request and identity types, and required fields are enforced only when they are shown.

Privacy Requests workspace

• Every request in one view - A new Privacy Requests page brings together submissions from all your forms. You can filter by your own request types and open a detail panel showing request type, identity type, source, answers and attachments.
• Deadlines at a glance - Each request shows a countdown to its statutory deadline, based on the visitor's country and the regulation that applies. A clear indicator shows once identity has been verified.
• Export to CSV - Export exactly the view you have filtered, whether by form, request type, status or search, for audits and reporting. The file is prepared in the background and emailed to you as a download link.

Publishing & settings

• One form across web, mobile and TV - Publish a form to the Preference Center on any of your domains, and to your mobile and TV apps where enabled. It can also run as a dedicated full-page request flow with a guided, step-by-step wizard.
• Set once, applied everywhere - Email verification, CAPTCHA spam protection and routing to Secure Privacy Governance are now account-level settings that every form inherits. With verification on, only confirmed requests reach your queue.

Existing forms: Your current DSAR forms have been carried over to DSAR 3.0 automatically, with no action required. [confirm]
